About

See your website through your buyer's eyes

Mind Your Buyer is the lowest-barrier way for a team to start seeing its website the way its buyers do — and to fix the obvious conversion friction first, before it has the traffic, the research budget, or the CRO expertise that traditional testing demands.

A researcher studies a buyer-insight report through a magnifying glass at a lamp-lit desk, surrounded by notebooks, charts, and lab flasks.

Why we exist

Most teams review their site from inside the company

Online growth has two levers: creating demand, and converting it. Nearly every tool helps with the first. We work on the second — the confidence gap between the click and the conversion, where qualified buyers you already paid to reach quietly lose confidence and leave.

The everyday alternative isn't another tool. It's "we think this works" — founder opinion, committee compromise, and copying competitors. We give teams a way to see the page from the buyer's side in minutes, from a single URL, with no setup.

What we are — and aren't

Buyer-perspective testing, not a research replacement

We are a pre-research, pre-CRO layer. We sit upstream of user testing with real participants, of analytics that tells you what happened, and of A/B tools that need traffic you may not have.

We are CRO-adjacent, not CRO-replacement. Traditional CRO asks whether variant B beat variant A. We ask what obvious buyer friction should be fixed before you even run a test — the step most companies skip entirely.

How we work

Four principles we don't bend

The discipline isn't timidity. It's what keeps the findings trustworthy — and what keeps us honest about what AI perspective can and can't do.

A team studies a 'Buyer Research Findings' board — decision drivers charted, a buyer quote, and an evidence checklist — with the 'mind your buyer' wordmark above.
Buyer research Decision drivers, in their words

01 — Perspective, not prediction

We surface likely friction, not guaranteed outcomes

Every finding is a directional, evidence-linked read on where a buyer may lose confidence — never a promise of lift or a prediction of behavior. We say what we can defend.

02 — Clearly labelled, always

Simulated perspectives are never dressed up as real people

Personas are fictional and composite, and every output says so. 'Human' is a source of trust, not a guarantee of truth — so we ask instead whether a method reveals a useful perspective.

03 — Trust, but inspect

Every finding links back to the evidence that caused it

Screenshots, page text, and the persona's step-by-step record. The real risk with any AI output is false confidence, so we make ours inspectable by default.

04 — Built for human judgment

Use it to improve your thinking, not outsource it

This is the fast first pass before deeper research, A/B testing, or expert CRO — the first 60–70% most teams skip. It doesn't replace real buyers; it replaces guessing.

Who's behind it

Mind Your Buyer is built by Bitami, a small team that would rather ship a tool teams actually use than a platform they have to study. The working name of the project is BuyerJourney; the product you meet is Mind Your Buyer.
